1. General
1.1. These Terms and Conditions (“T&C” or “Agreement”) apply to the usage by You of the Games (as defined below), the related enabling internet, mobile or other platforms through the Riviera Casino, (“Website”) and other related URLs.
1.2. The Website and the Games are offered by Riviera Casino.
1.3. Riviera Casino in these T&C refers to Riviera Entertainment N.V., registration number 156650, having its registered office being at Korporaalweg 10, Willemstad, 0000CW, Curacao, and as a payment agent using CPG Management Ltd, incorporated under the laws of Cyprus with incorporation number HE 423389 at address Voukourestiou, 25 Neptune House, 1st Floor, Office 11 Zakaki, 3045, Limassol, Cyprus.
1.4. These T&C constitute a binding agreement between You and Riviera Casino.
1.5. Riviera Casino is licensed and regulated in Curaçao under license number 8048/JAZ2021-163 (issued on 5th May 2022).
1.6. These T&C come into force as soon as you click on the “Continue” button, by doing so You signify to Riviera Casino that You have read these T&C and accept them. By using any part of the Website thereafter You signify that You agree with these T&C.
1.7. You must read these T&C carefully in their entirety before clicking on the “Continue” button. If You do not agree with any provision of these T&C, You must not use or continue to use the Website.
1.8. You fully understand and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions contained herein and as may be amended by Riviera Casino from time to time.
1.9. Riviera Casino reserves the right to modify these T&C and, thus, to amend this agreement between You and Riviera Casino at any time with or without notice.
1.10. Such amendments will become effective immediately upon being posted on Riviera Casino. It is Your sole responsibility to review this Agreement, together with the specific Rules for each Game You choose to participate in, in order to remain updated with all amendments each time You play. You can easily identify whether these T&C have changed by referring to the version number and the date of the current T&C stated on this page.
1.11. Rules and explanations for participating in any of Riviera Casino’s Games, maintaining your account with Riviera Casino, and other important information is provided in separate links on the Website and are incorporated into these T&C by reference.
1.12. Any reference to Riviera Casino’s Games in this agreement shall refer to Casino, Live Casino, and other Games that may from time to time become available on the Website. Riviera Casino reserves the right to add and remove Games from the Website at its own discretion. Riviera Casino further reserves the right to refuse and/or limit bets and/or wagers.
1.13. These T&C are published in a number of languages for information purposes and ease of access by players. It is only the English version that is the legal basis of the relationship between You and Riviera Casino and in case of any discrepancy between a non-English version and the English version of these T&C, the English version shall prevail.
2. Your Member Account
2.1. Registration and opening of Your member account:
2.1.1. In order to participate in any of Riviera Casino’s Games for real money, you must first register with Riviera Casino, open an account (“Member Account”) and place money into Your Member Account in the way stipulated on the website.
2.1.2. Riviera Casino has the right to appoint third parties payment services to act, receive, process and/or pay funds on behalf of Riviera Casino, and to change said payment service providers, to add, change and remove payment methods offered to You at Riviera Casino website at the sole discretion of Riviera Casino.
2.1.3. If you open or attempt to open more than one account, for whatever reason, Riviera Casino may block or close any or all of your accounts at its discretion. Should Riviera Casino decide to leave one account open, it will be the first account that you opened with Riviera Casino based on the registration date associated with that account with these Terms and Conditions.
2.1.4. If You notice that you have more than one Member Account under different names, You must notify Riviera Casino immediately.
2.1.5. A request to open a Member Account is made by filling out the registration form and submitting it to Riviera Casino online. Riviera Casino reserves the right to refuse to open a Member Account.
2.1.6. You must enter all mandatory information requested into Your registration form, including, but not limited to, Your identity, Your address and contact details, and a valid e-mail address. All information supplied to Riviera Casino must be true and correct. It is Your sole responsibility to ensure that the information you provide is true, complete and correct and You hereby declare and warrant to Riviera Casino that the information provided is true, complete and correct. You are hereby notified that Riviera Casino carries out verification procedures, whether itself or through third parties, on players depositing or withdrawing money. You may be requested to provide Riviera Casino with documents, such as a copy of Your passport, utility bills or credit card and a selfie with your passport or similar. Your Member Account may be blocked or closed and/or the funds on Your Member Account may be withheld if You do not provide requested information or documents or if such information or documents you supply is/are found false or misleading. You shall keep the information up-to-date and immediately notify us of any change to the information provided during registration.
2.1.7. As part of the registration process, you will have to choose Your email address and password to enable successful login into the Website. It is Your sole and exclusive responsibility to ensure that Your login details are kept securely. You must not disclose Your login details to anyone. Riviera Casino is not responsible for any abuse or misuse of Your Member Account by third parties due to Your disclosure, whether intentional or accidental, whether active or passive, of Your login details to any third party.
2.1.8. You are not allowed to transfer funds from Your Member Account to other players or to receive money from other players into Your Member Account. Furthermore, under no circumstances may Your Member Account be transferred or sold from one person to another. This includes, however is not limited to, a full moratorium on the transfer of any assets of value of any kind, such as, however not limited to, ownership of winnings, deposits, bets, claims in connection with these assets being legal, commercial or otherwise. The moratorium on the said transfers includes, however is not limited to, the encumbrance, pledging, assigning, usufruct, trading, brokering, hypothecation and/or gifting in cooperation with a fiduciary or any other third party, company, natural or legal individual, foundation and/or association in any way shape or form.
2.1.9. You are not allowed to register if you are resident of Afghanistan, Albania, Algeria, Angola, Argentina, Australia, Bangladesh, Bosnia Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Cambodia, Chile, China, Ecuador, France, Germany, Greece, Papua New Guinea, Guyana, Hong Kong, Hungary, Indonesia, Iran, Iraq, Israel, Italy, Korea, Kuwait, Lao, Lithuania, Malaysia, Mauritius, Montenegro, Myanmar, Namibia, Nicaragua, Pakistan, Panama, Philippines, Russia, Singapore, Slovenia, Slovakia, Sudan, Sweden, Syria, Taiwan, Thailand, Turkey, Uganda, The Netherlands, The Netherland Antilles, The United Kingdom, United States of America, Venezuela, Vietnam, Yemen, Zimbabwe.
2.1.10. It is your responsibility to find out whether your activity on the Site is legal in the country or territory from which you are playing.
2.2. Terms and Conditions of Use of Services of Riviera Casino
2.2.1. You may participate in any Game only if You have sufficient funds in Your Member Account for such participation.
2.2.2. All information required to deposit funds into Your Member Account can be found under “My Account” and “Cashier” pages of the Website. You can use any of the methods available to you as specified in these pages as they may be amended from time to time. Please note that some of the methods may not be available in some countries.
2.2.3. Depending on the method selected, deposits can incur charges. For current fees regarding depositing funds, see “My Account” and “Cashier” for each deposit method. Your bank may independently charge You for bank wire transfers and other methods of payment.
2.2.4. When using a credit or debit card for depositing funds, Your funds only clear when Riviera Casino has received an approval and authorisation code. Should Riviera Casino not receive such authorisation Your account will not be credited with those funds.
2.2.5. Riviera Casino reserves the right to use additional procedures and means to verify your identity when effecting deposits into and withdrawals from Your Member Account.
2.2.6. Riviera Casino does not grant any credit for the use of any games, promotions or other services offered on the website. No balances in Your Member Account will bear any interest. You shall only deposit funds into Your Member Account with the intention to use those funds to participate in the Games and you shall not use Riviera Casino as a financial institution.
2.2.7. No balances in Your Member Account will bear any interest. You shall only deposit funds into Your Member Account with the intention to use those funds to participate in the Games and you shall not use Riviera Casino as a financial institution.
2.3. Dormant Accounts
2.3.1. We reserve the right to close inactive accounts with zero real money balance at our own discretion.
2.3.2. If you log in after we have started charging the administration fee to your account, we will stop charging the administration fee to your account. You can also request a full refund of the administration fee charged to date by contacting Customer Support. The period of inactivity starts running again from your last login date.
2.4. Payouts
2.4.1. When the outcome of a Game You participate in becomes determined, subject to these Terms and Conditions, the winnings will be available to You in Your Member Account.
2.4.2. If Riviera Casino mistakenly credits Your Member Account with winnings that do not belong to You, whether due to a technical or human error or otherwise, the amount will remain property of Riviera Casino and the amount will be transferred from Your Member Account. If, prior to Riviera Casino becoming aware of the error, you have withdrawn funds that do not belong to You or used them to play games, without prejudice to other remedies and actions that may be available at law, the mistakenly paid amount will constitute a debt owed by You to Riviera Casino. In the event of an incorrect crediting, You are obliged to notify Riviera Casino immediately by email.
2.4.3. Riviera Casino will carry out additional verification procedures for any payout exceeding the equivalent of EUR 1,000 and also reserves the right to carry out such verification procedures in case of lower payouts.
2.5. Withdrawals from Your Member Account
2.5.1. Unless stated otherwise, you may withdraw any amount up to the “Account balance” balance in Your Riviera Casino account, minus fees and conditions related to bonuses and subject to any relevant withdrawal fees, by issuing Riviera Casino with a valid notice of withdrawal on the Website.
2.5.2. Notices for withdrawals must be made via the Website. Riviera Casino will not accept withdrawal demands made by telephone or by electronic mail. Employees of Riviera Casino are not permitted to bypass these instructions.
2.5.3. Withdrawals will not be processed and will be automatically cancelled if the player has not completed the necessary Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Prior to submitting a withdrawal request, clients are required to provide the following KYC documentation for identity verification:
Valid government-issued ID
Selfie holding the provided ID
Proof of residency
Recent bank statement
Proof of ownership of the payment card used for deposits (first 6 and last 4 digits, and expiration date. Please, cover middle digits and CVV code on each side) or any other method used to deposit
Any of the above documents cannot be used to prove more than one requirement.
If a player resides with a third-party and cannot provide proof of residency in their own name, the following documents will be requested to verify that third party :
Valid government-issued ID
Selfie holding the provided ID
Proof of residency
2.5.4. Failure to provide the required KYC documents before initiating a withdrawal request will result in automatic cancellation of the withdrawal. We prioritize the security and integrity of our platform and adhere strictly to KYC procedures to ensure a safe and compliant gaming environment for all our users.
2.5.5. As a player, you may withdraw all your funds at any time from the Website but Riviera Casino reserves the right to limit player withdraws to one transaction per 24 hours, a maximum amount of 1,000 per transaction, 2,500 per week and 5,000 per month, unless a larger amount has been agreed by prior arrangement.

2.5.6. Withdrawals can incur charges depending on the method selected. In addition, your own bank may add further handling charges. These charges may vary over time.
2.5.7.Withdrawals will not be processed unless the player has performed at least one (1) deposit of a minimum of €20 (min.€50 by crypto currency) and wagered that deposit at least one (1) time.
2.5.8. Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 business hours once the player’s account has been verified(with a maximum of 72 hours). Once your withdrawal is approved, you will receive your winnings within 3 to 5 business days.
2.5.9. You must play your full deposit before requesting a withdrawal. If it’s not wagered at least once the withdrawal request will be cancelled. This is separate from wagering requirements for Promotions and Bonuses which may include their own requirements.
2.5.10. Riviera Casino reserves the right to request additional documentation for withdrawal approval. Failure to provide requested documents may lead to delays or cancellation of the withdrawal.
2.6. Refunds
2.6.1. Our products are consumed instantly during gameplay. Thus, we cannot provide refunds, returns of goods, or cancellation of your service when playing. If you play a game with real money, the money will be drawn from your player account instantly.
2.6.2. Funds unfairly lost or debited due to a bug(s) affecting financial or gaming activities will be credited back to the player’s account and eligible for withdrawal to the player account holder.
2.6.3. Other Refunds may be given in exceptional circumstances, and solely at management’s discretion.
2.6.4. By default, refunds will only be processed via the same method of payment and to the same funding source through which a deposit was made.
2.6.5. Once the decision to proceed with a refund is made, it will be processed within 3 working days. However, the final timeframe for the beneficiary to receive the funds depends on their bank and may take up to 15 working days following the refund initiation.
2.6.6. Management will always pursue what it deems to be the fairest solution in such cases.
2.7. Closing Your Member Account
2.7.1. You may close Your account at any time and Riviera Casino will return to you any and all funds from your Member Account subject to the deduction of relevant withdrawal charges. To close Your Member Account, you should contact customer support by email at [email protected]. The effective closure of the Account will correspond to the termination of the T&C. In case the reason behind the closure of the Account is related to concerns about possible gambling addiction, You must indicate so.
2.7.2. Riviera Casino reserves the right to close Your Member Account and to refund You the real money balance present in Your account, subject to the deduction of relevant withdrawal charges, at Riviera Casino’s absolute discretion and without any obligation to state a reason or give prior notice.
2.7.3. The method of repayment will be at Our absolute discretion.
2.7.4. Riviera Casino reserves the right to withhold and remove any bonuses awarded to you if such bonuses have not been used within a reasonable timeframe as determined by the company, unless otherwise stated in the Bonus Terms & Conditions.
2.7.5. Bonus availability and usability may not apply to certain markets. If a particular bonus is claimed from one of these markets, Riviera Casino reserves the right to void any winnings associated with that bonus. The restrictions may change from time to time at the discretion of Riviera Casino. The following markets are excluded from receiving and/or using any type of bonus: Albania, Armenia, Belarus, Brazil, Bulgaria, China, Croatia, Georgia, Greece, Hungary, Indonesia, Kazakhstan, Latvia, Lithuania, Macedonia, Moldova, Montenegro, Myanmar, Netherlands, The Netherland Antilles, Philippines, Romania, Russia, Serbia, Sweden, Turkey, Ukraine, The United Kingdom, U.S.A., Israel.
2.7.6. The Casino reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel any winnings and confiscate any balance in any of the following circumstances:
- If You have more than one active account with on the Website;
- If the name appearing on your Player account does not match the name appearing on the payment or withdrawal method used (including credit cards, e-wallets, money transfers, etc.);
- If You provide incorrect or misleading registration or Player profile information;
- If You are not of legal age in the province/state/country and/or jurisdiction where You reside;
- If You have authorised or permitted (intentionally or unintentionally) someone else to access or play on Your account;
- If You have not played individually for Your own personal entertainment (i.e., You have played in a professional capacity, with the intention of exploiting our bonuses or in concert with one or more other Players as part of a club, group, etc.);
- If You have requested a refund of any of the deposits made with Your credit card or any other available payment method associated with Your account or if You have threatened to do so;
- If You are found guilty of collusion, cheating, or criminal activity such as money laundering or fraudulent activity;
- If it is established that You have employed or used a system (including the elements hereafter cited but not limited to machines, computers, software, algorithms, or other automated “bot” systems) designed specifically to defeat the casino, increase its chances of winning or that You have adopted habits and/or irregular betting or betting strategies. Thus, any use of automated programs or devices but also any game manipulation such as the use of the practice of Martingale, the Paroli Betting System or the Bonus Hunt (non-exhaustive list) are not authorised;
- If You have used the site, or Your account in a malicious manner;
- If You use an anomaly to Your advantage of the elements mentioned below but not limited to the system, balances, bonuses, free spins. The related winnings may also be frozen, and/or confiscated in part or in full;
- If we learn that You have played at another online casino in any of the above circumstances.
3. Your obligations as a player
3.1. You hereby declare and warrant that:
3.1.1. You are over 18 years of age or such minimum legal age as stipulated in the laws of jurisdiction applicable to You and, under the laws applicable to You, You are allowed to participate in the Games offered on the Website.
3.1.2. You will use this Website and your Member Account solely and exclusively for the purpose of Your genuine participation in the Games and not for any financial or other operations. Your participation in the Games will be strictly in Your personal non-professional capacity for recreational and entertainment reasons only; In order to avoid any confusion, a player can be tagged as a ‘professional player’ if we receive a positive confirmation from our 3rd party game providers.
3.1.3. You participate in the Games on Your own behalf and not on behalf of any other person.
3.1.4. You are not resident in any of the territories where gambling is illegal.
3.1.5. All information that You provide to Riviera Casino during the term of validity of this agreement is true, complete, and correct, and You shall immediately notify Riviera Casino of any change of such information.
3.1.6. You are solely responsible for reporting and accounting for any taxes applicable to You under relevant laws for any winnings that You receive from Riviera Casino.
3.1.7. All money that You deposit into Your Member Account is not tainted with any illegality and, in particular, does not originate from any illegal activity or source.
3.1.8. You understand that by participating in the Games You take the risk of losing money deposited into Your Member Account.
3.1.9. You shall not be involved in any fraudulent, collusive, fixing or other unlawful activity in relation to Your or third parties’ participation in any of the Games and shall not use any software-assisted methods or techniques or hardware devices for Your participation in any of the Games. Riviera Casino hereby reserves the right to invalidate or close Your Member Account or invalidate Your participation in a Game in the event of such behaviour.
3.1.10. In relation to deposits and withdrawals of funds into and from Your Member Account, You shall only use financial instruments that are valid and lawfully belong to You.
3.1.11. The computer software that we make available to You is owned by Riviera Casino or other third Parties and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may only use the software for Your own personal, recreational uses in accordance with all rules, terms and conditions hereby established and in accordance with all applicable laws, rules and regulations.
3.1.12. Games played on the Website should be played in the same manner as similar games would be played in any other setting. You shall be courteous to other players and representatives of Riviera Casino and shall avoid rude or obscene comments, including in chat rooms.
3.1.13. If You make an attempt to gain an unfair advantage over the casino, then the casino will take action, including the confiscation of winnings and bonus funds. We will only take this action in the event that this behaviour is reasonably evident. You are prohibited from using devices such as robots, any other external player assistance (EPAs) program, or techniques that distort normal gameplay and give the player an unfair advantage.
3.1.14. Any evidence or reasonable suspicion that specific bets were placed on any Game (i.e., betting on different outcomes in the same hand to create “action” without risk), this will not qualify for any wagering requirement. Some examples of bets without risk would include, but not be limited to, betting on red and black simultaneously in Roulette, betting player and banker simultaneously in Baccarat, or doubling up on losses and then lowering stakes on winnings.
4. Responsible gaming
4.1. You may, at Your discretion, choose to exclude Yourself from playing any Games on the Website. In order to block Your access to the Games, You must go to the “My Profile” section -> “Info” -> and select Responsible Gaming.
4.2. When setting up Your Member Account You may also choose to impose a ceiling on the maximum losses You may make. The limit will block deposits if the net deposit limit has been exceeded for the selected time period.
4.3. Should you opt for self-exclusion in the manners contemplated above then you will not be able to open the account during the exclusion period. The exclusion agreement can be found by going to the Responsible Gaming section in “My Profile”.
4.4. Any self-exclusion request is valid for Riviera Casino only.
5. 3rd-party game providers
5.1. Riviera Casino is powered by many game providers and is not liable for disputes relating to gameplay through third-party game providers as they are under their own gaming license and are vested with gameplay responsibilities of their own.
5.2. You may contact our Customer Service Department if you would like more information about the gaming service providers we use.
5.3. Please be aware that using a VPN to bypass a game provider’s block is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure.
6. Privacy policy
6.1. You hereby acknowledge and consent to Riviera Casino processing Your personal data for the purposes of allowing You access and use of the Website and in order to allow You to participate in Games and to provide ancillary services to You.
6.2. Riviera Casino will protect Your personal information and respect Your privacy in accordance with best business practices and applicable laws.
6.3. Riviera Casino will only use Your personal data to allow You to participate in the Games and to carry out operations relevant to Your participation in the Games.
6.4. Riviera Casino shall also process Your personal data for the purposes of carrying out verification procedures in relation to Your participation in the Games.
6.5. Your personal data will not be disclosed to third parties, unless such disclosure is necessary for the processing of Your requests, such as effecting transactions on Your Member Account or participating in Games, to carry verification procedures or unless it is required by law. As Riviera Casino’s business partners or suppliers or service providers may be responsible for certain parts of the overall functioning or operation of the Website, personal data may be disclosed to them. You hereby consent to all such disclosures.
6.6. You have the right to access personal data held by Riviera Casino about You.
6.7. You must promptly inform Riviera Casino, by amending Your profile or otherwise, of any changes to the information provided by You at the time of registration and opening of Your Member Account.
6.8. In order to provide You with an efficient service, Riviera Casino and/or its service providers may need to transfer Your personal data from one country to another. You hereby consent to Your personal data so transferred.
6.9. In the processing of Your Member Account and associated transactions, Riviera Casino may have recourse to credit rating agencies, fraud detection agencies, and anti-money laundering agencies. You hereby consent to such disclosures.
6.10. In order to make Your visit to the Websites more user-friendly, to keep track of visits to the Websites and to improve the service, Riviera Casino collects a small piece of information sent from Your browser, called a cookie. You can, if you wish, turn off the collection of cookies (please refer to your browser instructions as to how to do this). You must note, however, that turning off cookies may restrict Your use of the Website.
6.11. You consent to Riviera Casino informing you from time to time about changes on the Website, new services, and promotions. If You do not wish to receive direct marketing data You may opt out of such service. You can opt in again to receive promotional material by emailing our support department.
7. Complaints
7.1. If you have a complaint, You can contact the Live Support on the website or send an email to Customer Support at [email protected].
7.2. Riviera Casino will use best efforts to resolve a reported matter promptly.
7.3. If you have a query concerning any transaction, You may also contact Riviera Casino at [email protected] with details of the query. We will review any queried or disputed transactions. Our judgment is final.
8. Miscarried and aborted games
8.1. Riviera Casino is not liable for any downtime, server disruptions, lagging, or any technical or political disturbance to the gameplay. Refunds may be given solely at the discretion of the management.
8.2. Riviera Casino shall accept no liability for any damages or losses which are deemed or alleged to have arisen out of or in connection with the Website or its content; including without limitation, delays or interruptions in operation or transmission, loss or corruption of data, communication or lines failure, any person’s misuse of the site or its content or any errors or omissions in content.
8.3. In the event of a Casino system malfunction all wagers are void.
8.4. In the event that a game is started but miscarries because of a failure of the system, Riviera Casino shall refund the amount wagered as well as any accrued credit in the game to You by crediting it to Your Member Account or, if the account no longer exists, by paying it to You in an approved manner.
9. Limitation of liability
9.1. You enter the Website and participate in the Games at Your own risk. The Websites and the Games are provided without any warranty whatsoever, whether express or implied.
9.2. Without prejudice to the generality of the preceding provision, Riviera Casino, its directors, employees, partners, service providers: 9.2.1. do not warrant that the software or the Website is/are fit for their purpose;
9.3. do not warrant that the software and Website are free from errors;
9.4. do not warrant that the Websites and/or Games will be accessible without interruptions;
9.5. shall not be liable for any loss, costs, expenses or damages, whether direct, indirect, special, consequential, incidental or otherwise, arising in relation to Your use of the Websites or Your participation in the Games. 9.3. You hereby agree to fully indemnify and hold harmless Riviera Casino, its directors, employees, partners, and service providers for any cost, expense, loss, damages, claims and liabilities howsoever caused that may arise in relation to Your use of the Website or participation in the Games.
10. Anti-money laundering reporting
10.1. Riviera Casino shall report any suspicious transaction to the relevant competent authorities.
10.2. If you become aware of any suspicious activity relating to any of the Games on the Website, You must report this to Riviera Casino immediately.
10.3. Riviera Casino may suspend, block or close Your Member Account and withhold funds if requested to do so in accordance with the terms of use of the applicable gaming license.

11. Breaches, penalties and termination
11.1. If you breach any provision of these T&C or Riviera Casino has reasonable grounds to suspect that you have breached them, Riviera Casino reserves the right not to open, suspend, or close Your Member Account, withhold any money in your account (including the deposit) and apply such funds on account to any damages due by You.
11.2. If Riviera Casino suspects that You are engaged in illegal or fraudulent activities when using the Website, or that you are in breach of this Agreement, or that You are having problems with creditors, or that you in any way behaving in a way that is detrimental to our business, we may freeze or terminate Your account and/or cancel any wagers at our absolute discretion.
11.3. You acknowledge that Riviera Casino shall be the final decision-maker of whether You have violated Riviera Casino’s rules, terms or conditions in a manner that results in Riviera Casino’s suspension or permanent barring from participation in our site.
12. Intellectual property
